![]() Moving upwards, the mezzanine level incorporates a bedroom surrounded by green spaces, creating a connection with nature. The connection of the basement to a sunken court ensures privacy while allowing views of greenery. ![]() The L type features an extra basement floor, offering flexibility for various purposes. The first floor of both building types serves as a semi-public space intended for hosting guests and fostering interactions between the family and the guests. The ARQ project by IDIN architects (see more here) includes two building types, M and L, sharing a common scheme with little design variations. The organic flow of green elements enhances ventilation and allows abundant natural light to permeate the living spaces, embodying an eco-friendly approach to urban settings. The resulting design of ARQ10 is veiled in white organic volumes integrated with pocket green courts, creating a vertical flow of greenery from the ground level to the rooftop garden. ![]() Focused on practicality, the architects opted for vertical expansion to cater to the various needs of city dwellers.
